Counseling Without Walls is not a crisis center and does not provide emergency services. If you are in immediate danger or need urgent help, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. You can also reach out to:

Is my information confidential?
Yes. Everything you share in therapy is strictly confidential and protected by law. There are only a few exceptions to confidentiality — such as if there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, suspected abuse, or if required by a court order. Your therapist will explain these limits during your first session so you fully understand your privacy rights.
How much do healing services cost?
Clinical Services:
Our fees are based on session length and insurance coverage:
50-minute sessions: $200
53+ minute sessions: $336 per hour
Intensives: Discounted from the standard hourly rate
Group Therapy: Prices vary between group
In-network clients (Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO) are billed at their insurance-contracted rate. Out-of-network clients can use Mentaya, which helps make reimbursement faster and more affordable.
Transpersonal Services:
Standard rate: $200/hour (includes hourly and intensive transpersonal services).
Past Life Regression intensives only, usually 5-6 hours: $600- $1,200 sliding scale ($800-$1,200 on weekends).
How much does Consultation & Supervision cost?
Clinical Supervision refers to any licensed mental health provider seeking official supervision toward independent licensure.
EMDRIA-approved EMDR Consultation is for any health care provider who has completed, or is receiving, EMDRIA-Approved EMDR Basic Training. Consultation is available to help you EMDRIA approved EMDR therapists achieve such things as EMDR Certification, EMDR Approved Consultant status as a CIT, and completing EMDR Basic Training. One person @ one hour - $150 USD
One person @ 90 minutes - $220 USD
Two people @ one hour - $90 USD per person
Three people @ 120 minutes - $166 USD per person
Group (8 people max) @ 120 minutes - $50 USD per person
What is your cancellation policy?
We require two business days’ notice to cancel a one-hour appointment.
Extended or intensive sessions are non-refundable due to their customized nature.
Missed or late-canceled appointments are billed at the full session rate, except in cases of medical or environmental emergencies.

Do you accept insurance?
Yes. We’re in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO in most states where our clinicians are licensed. If you have another insurance provider, you can use Mentaya to apply your Out-of-Network (OON) benefits. Mentaya handles reimbursement directly, so you pay less out-of-pocket and avoid the hassle of submitting claims yourself.
